What we ask from you
Be AAADM certified or willing to get the proper training
Be available, most of the jobs are scheduled a week in advance or less
Most jobs last two days, some are done during the second shift when the facility is closed
Every job is done by the same standards, installations have to meet the code. Training and literature will include those details
Some jobs are repairs, we need people able to partially replace the existing (dated or broken) hardware with functioning hardware to meet the standard
Be willing to diagnose and share information
